SHIPPING METHODS ARE AS FOLLOWS,
All bare metal bumpers go UPS. If sending multiple items or powder coated items they either go Forward Air or USF Reddaway. Forward air is less expensive but only goes to their own terminals which are only at major airports. Other truck ships to your address, Business addresses are less expensive. Truck shipped products are crated and are never bigger then your Toyota I will find the least expensive form of shipping for you.
Powder coated items are packaged as well as i can but i give no gaurantees to the gorrilla shippers not scratching them i haven't had any complaints yet but i got to put this in here. In addition truck freight issues are as follows, i get charged extra money sometimes if contact cannot be made or deliverys cannot be done at their schedule. I don't want to sound like a jerk but i will have to forward these costs to the customers card on file as i am sure you can understand You will be contacted about this if it occures but it doesn't happen often.
Refunds or cancelations will be refunded to your card or by check. There is a fee i pay to accept the cards and these will be deducted from the refund. In the case of a custom orders will be charges an additional $100.00 if product is completed at the time of the cancelation as i am sure you can understand.
